Support and bug reports
If a public Instagram link does not resolve, email [email protected] and include the URL you pasted, the browser you used and what the page showed. That is usually enough to reproduce the problem.
Copyright and removal requests
Rights holders can write to [email protected] with “Copyright notice” in the subject line. Please identify the material, describe your rights in it and include contact details so we can reply.

Before you write
- Private accounts and deleted posts cannot be resolved by the downloader.
- Media links expire; if a download fails, paste the Instagram URL again to get a fresh link.
- Most common questions are already answered in the FAQ.
